GSMTechTok respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the site — including anyone posting comments — to do the same. This page explains how to report content you believe infringes your copyright, and how to respond if your own content was removed in error.
GSMTechTok publishes original editorial content (reviews, news, features) and hosts a public comments section on device and article pages, where visitors can submit their own text. This policy covers both: a takedown request may concern something in our own published content or something a visitor posted in a comment.
If you believe content on GSMTechTok infringes a copyright you own or control, send a written notice to legal@gsmtechtok.com with the subject line “DMCA Takedown Notice”. To be actionable, your notice should include:
We review each notice on its merits. If a notice is valid and complete, we’ll remove or disable access to the identified material and make a reasonable effort to notify whoever posted it (for a comment, this means the email address associated with that comment, where one was provided).
If content you posted was removed in response to a takedown notice and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you can send a counter-notice to legal@gsmtechtok.com with the subject line “DMCA Counter-Notice”, including:
Absent a valid legal objection from the original notifier, we may restore the material after a reasonable waiting period, as required under applicable law.
Comments from anyone who repeatedly posts infringing material will be removed and the ability to comment further may be withdrawn, at our discretion.
Knowingly submitting a false takedown or counter-notice can carry legal liability under applicable copyright law. Please make sure you actually hold the rights in question, or are authorised to act on the rights holder’s behalf, before filing.
This page describes our process; it isn’t legal advice. If you’re unsure whether your situation qualifies, consider speaking with a lawyer before filing a notice.
